Once an interview session has been completed and the report generated, the service is considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued.
If the AI disconnects due to a server fault on our end before 50% of the session is complete, we will issue a free retry credit or a full refund upon request.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
